Respect
Respect. This word suddenly popped out of my head when i called my cousin one day to get some pictures shooting me. She told me to download from her public blog.
Amazing. Speechless i was. What on earth humans have become? Makes me rethink what do we mean by respect. Respect is to avoid doing things that the other person dislikes, if you know what that thing is. No matter how wonderful it is.
It requires empathy, self-regardless and some degree of self-respect. Is this what the Y-generation lack of? “I am happy in doing this. Why aren’t you?” Terrific response. What the hell does empathy go? Or, do they simply not care?
